I need advice...

Okay you guys.

Galactic told me I was not a good leader. I think I might need advice.
Could you guys please tell me whta you guys think I should do to be a better alliance leader in your opinion? Raising the bar.... Bunny!

In my alliance on s5 my alliance leader sends us messages giving advice on your account. Maybe if you don't have any advice maybe suggest things to work on. Like build up resources and so on...

I just wanna know what people could suggest for being a leader... It's a big job. A hard one too.

On other servers that I've played on the alliances I was in were involved in wars. So the leader was working on coordination of things, like attack assignments or defensive assignments. The leaders were also involved in creating or breaking alliances. Also, diplomacy efforts to have ppl stop attacking alliance members. If ppl didn't stop attacking the alliance's members, a war started. So, the leader would be involved in declaring war.

But in this alliance, I've never seen us go to war, so the above comments don't seem to match our situation.

So, on what basis did Galactic make his accusation? What was he expecting that he wasn't getting?
